T.D.McGhee Co. is a general contractor servicing North Carolina. The co-owned company aims to provide top-notch service in the commercial and custom residential construction fields. The two owners, Trevor Davis and Tyler McGhee, are focused first and foremost on building relationships with existing customers, potential customers and the local community of Wilmington, NC. Through these flourishing relationships, T.D.McGhee Co. will radiate from its home city in Wilmington, NC to communities all across NC. While cultivating these relationships, the owners aim to put the gospel of Jesus on display in every way. Trevor Davis (Owner) graduated with a degree in Business Entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Upon graduating Trevor started his career as a project manager at a North Carolina-based general contracting firm. In his time in the construction industry, Trevor has worked on projects including, but not limited to: industrial and warehouse remodeling, pre-engineered metal buildings, sitework and paving, commercial sales and manufacturing facilities, and much more. Trevor also excels at fostering relationships with anyone he meets.

Tyler McGhee (Owner) graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Roadway Design from North Carolina State University. Prior to graduation Tyler started his career as an intern with a national general contractor, which turned into a position as an assistant project manager. Additionally, Tyler has experience working as an operations manager for an interior custom millwork and doors company and for a North Carolina-based general contractor. Tyler has worked on projects including, but not limited to: remodeling, retail upfits, multi-family facilities, custom interior millwork/trim and doors, elementary schools and more.

Pre-Construction Services

As your ideas progress into projects, we will walk with you through the process to ensure that you, as the owner, understand more clearly any and all expectations and projected costs.

Construction Management

With this approach, all three parties, the owner, the design team and the general contractor are able to work in unison to provide a more effective construction process.

Design/Build Services

In this method, you, as the owner, allow us to provide a full turn-key project. We will be responsible for securing the entire design team, along with the normal construction management piece of work. This sometimes can prove to be a more cost effective solution to an owners idea.
